MISSION
To create seamless color and extension grow outs through continued education, allowing you to extend the length of time between appointments so that you leave feeling confident and inspired, with more time to conquer the big moments and enjoy the small ones.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Using our signature Seamless Grow Out™ color methodology, you will be guided on the art of gray blending, balayage, and more! You will be trained not only with your consultations and technical skills, but taught how to showcase it through social media and build a demand for what only you can offer.
THE MANE EXPERIENCE +
SEAMLESS GROW OUT™ METHOD
At Mane + Magnolia, each stylist undergoes a 30-day training program to learn "The Mane Experience" brand standards and our Seamless Grow Out™ color methodology. This ensures consistency for our clients and builds confidence within our team. Our signature methodology covers the 4 core techniques for achieving Seamless Grow Outs™, setting the foundation for our Mane Intensive training program.
MANE INTENSIVE
Our Mane Intensive training program was designed to push you outside of your comfort zone, think outside the box and train your eye to see color differently. With one on one feedback from Aly, creator of the Seamless Grow Out™ color method, you will troubleshoot 30 colors along with their grow out, learning how to dissect what a grow out tells you on your way to becoming a Master Stylist.
